Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the SMSWorld platform operated by SMSWorld Inc.. By creating an account or sending messages through the service, you agree to them.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for any team members you invite.

Acceptable use

You agree to message only contacts who have given you valid consent, to honor opt-outs, and to follow all applicable laws and carrier rules. You may not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or prohibited content, including spam. We may suspend accounts that put delivery or other customers at risk.

Your content and data

You keep ownership of the contacts and messages you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to deliver them and operate the service. You are responsible for the legality of your messages and for the consent behind your lists.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Message bundles reset each cycle and overage is billed at your plan’s rate. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Service availability

We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Message delivery depends on mobile carriers and is not something we can warrant absolutely.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SMSWorld is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create legal or carrier risk. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we delete data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. We’ll post the new version here and update the date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
