SMSWorld Inc. (“SMSWorld”, “we”, “us”) provides an SMS marketing platform. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. It covers both visitors to this site and customers who use the product.

• Contact data you upload: the phone numbers and fields of recipients you have permission to message.
• Usage data: how you use the dashboard, plus delivery, click, and reply metrics for your campaigns.
• Technical data: IP address, device, and browser, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

We use personal data to run and improve the service, send messages on your behalf, process payments, provide support, and meet legal and carrier obligations. We do not sell personal data.

SMS consent and recipient data

As a customer, you are the controller of the contact lists you upload and are responsible for collecting valid opt-in consent. We act as a processor: we store and deliver your messages and handle opt-outs, but we do not market to your contacts ourselves. Consent records and opt-out requests are retained to demonstrate compliance.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service - mobile carriers and aggregators to deliver messages, payment processors, and infrastructure vendors - all under contract. We may disclose data where required by law.

Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal obligations. Uploaded contact data is kept while you use the service and deleted on request or after account closure, subject to consent-record requirements.

Your rights
